The moment you set foot on Bokissa Private Island Resort and survey the lush green rainforest overhanging the wide open beach, you'll wonder why it took you so long to find this place. Your reverie is politely interrupted by smiling staff offering you a complimentary arrival cocktail.
A tour of the island is provided by the general manager of Bokissa. Guests have exclusive use of the island's 175 acres of unspoiled tropical rainforest and palm fringed beaches. Furthermore, as there is a preset maximum of 36 guests on the island at any time, there is plenty of privacy for those who wish it.
Bokissa Private Island Resort is ideal for intimate weddings. All enquiries are most welcome.
Bokissa Private Island Resort has opened its doors to Families during School Holiday periods (see General Information area for details).
Bokissa has an extensive rainwater catchment system and a desalination facility designed especially to provide the purest water for drinking and personal use.
The resort's centre piece is the 25m freshwater swimming pool complete with swim-up bar.
Do as much or as little as you like; take a leisurely rainforest walk and check out the bio-organic fruit and vegetable garden.
Deep sea fishing trips are available.
Day and night scuba diving packages are available. There is access to numerous scuba diving sites - SS. President Coolidge, Million Dollar Point, and MV. Henry Bonneaud - just to name a few. Exclusive to Bokissa guests is the M.V. Henry Bonneaud (site which is a world rated night wreck dive) and all Bokissa reefs.

Bokissa Private Island Resort is an adults only resort, hence children under the age of 12 years are not permitted on the island (unless as part of a group, booking out the entire island).
Bokissa Private Island Resort will now accept Children during School holidays.

- Cancellations received 14 days prior to date of arrival will incur 50% of total booking value as a cancellation fee.
- No Show with prior notice is charged 100% of total booking value.
- If guests are unable to arrive on the island due to bad weather or any other reasons outside of management's control, cancellation penalty will still apply.
It is strongly advised that travellers take out Travel Insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
Excessive noise or bad behaviour will not be tolerated and any guest that disturbs other guests will be asked to leave the island at any time.
Any damage or loss or damage to resort facilities and equipment will be charged to the guests' accounts.
All guests must sign a liability release and disclaimer form before leaving the resort.
