Born in Malawi, Africa, Mary-Jane was passing through the islands of the Pacific on her way to South America and was captivated by the 'New Hebrides'; now known as Vanuatu. Mary-Jane has been running Hotel Santo ever since.

"We try and make our guests as welcome and as comfortable as possible. We encourage them to meet and mix with our regulars over pre dinner drinks for a story and a laugh."
