Caring For The Customer
The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.

Traveller Feedback

on 27 Jun 2011 Staff at both Kaiviti and Evergeen were good and helpful when asked but could offer a bit more "local knowledge" to help guests.
Very happy with location and outlook of both accomodations.
Both had a few signs of age, but were comfortable, clean and quite good (especially as a "budget" option)

on 13 Oct 2009 A great balance between the family seeing and experiencing the local conditions, but with enough comfort and safety to feel at home. The welcome was always very friendly, and the volcano was inspirational!
