Note: Stays between 20 December 2012 to 12 January 2013 must be a minimum of 3 nights.
- Outside 14 days of arrival date: No cancellation fee will apply. Full refund minus bank charges will be made.
- Within 8-14 days of arrival date (inclusive): One day booked accommodation will be charged as a cancellation fee plus relevant bank charges.
- Within 7 days of arrival date (inclusive): 50% of booked accommodation (or one day, whichever is the greater) will be charged as a cancellation fee plus relevant bank charges.
- Within 24 hours of arrival time or on failure of the guest to arrive: 100% of booked accommodation will be charged as a cancellation fee.
