The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.

on 30 Mar 2011 The road to the volcano was in dreadful repair which made the journey long and a bit scary, but the driver did a fabulous job in getting us there and back safely. The volcano was an awesome experience!

on 27 May 2010 Jack, our driver who took us to the Volcano was just an excellent driver - the roads were very hard going at times but he handles it with ease. He was extremely freindly and so eager to please. Very impressed.
I felt the resort Tanna Evergreen was a little tired - needs some upgrading if they are competing with the likes of White Grass, so nice and even has a pool. Would stay there next time

on 07 Mar 2010 We stayed at the Evergreen Resort, it was nice Island Accomodation- you can not expect the world when you are on a tropical island in the middle of nowhere! But it was beautiful.
Our tour operator, Jack, was amazing. He was really funny, very nice, knew so much about the island (and the volcano)! and was a brilliant driver through the whole trip.
I couldnt recommend this tour enough, it was a life-time experience that I will NEVER forget!
