- cancellations made 15 days prior to arrival incur a cancellation fee of one night's accommodation
- cancellations made between 7 and 1 day of arrival incur 50% of total booking charge
- cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival, or no-shows, incur 100% of total booking charge.
