Poppy’s also have an open aired restaurant adjacent to the Banana Leaf Café and Bar, for the exclusive use of “Poppy’s on the Lagoon” guests.

Children policy:
- children under two years: free of charge
- accommodation charges are based on room categories, and not per person, and each room category has a maximum number of occupants. This maximum number does not include infants less than two years of age
- infants and children are not permitted in Beachfront Spa Bungalows and the Garden View Bungalows
- children are welcome in the Lagoon View Studios, two bedroom lagoon suite and three bedroom villas.

- within 10 - 21 days of arrival date: one night's booked accommodation will be charged as cancellation fee
- within 9 -1 day of arrival date: 50% of booked accommodation will be charged as cancellation fee
- within 24 hours of arrival time or no show: 100% of booked accommodation will be charged as cancellation fee.
Group bookings (for 15 persons or more)
- outside of three months prior to arrival: no cancellation fee will apply
- within six weeks - three months of arrival date: one day of booked accommodation will be charged as cancellation fee
- within one week to six weeks of arrival date: 50% of booked accommodation will be charged as cancellation fee
- less than one week of arrival or no show: 100% of booked accommodation will be charged as cancellation fee.
