Tanna Lodge offers the quintessential South Pacific island experience with new western comforts and service never seen before on Tanna island. Comprising of 12 individual handcrafted "bungalows", all featuring cathedral ceilings, thatched roofs, large spacious interiors, tiled floor, ceiling fans, indoor/outdoor garden shower with ensuite bathrooms.
The Tanna Lodge's character has been formed by the very same volcanic forces that have created the island, this natural phenomenon is at the very heart of the resort's unique character.
From the beach, visiting dolphins, turtles and whales can be seen, or coconut crabs and Tanna's non venomous reptiles may be observed by walking into the resort's own protected rainforest and caves.
The resort is only a 20 minute leisurely drive from the Tanna White Grass Airport, and an ideal starting point from which to explore the island of Tanna with safaris to Yasur Volcano, Yakel Custom Village, Volcanic Black Sand Beaches, and much more...

The alfresco restaurant and bar with ocean-terraced guest lounge is designed to take full advantage of the panoramic ocean views and a perfect vantage point to observe the visiting dolphin, turtle and whale population or walk to the spring water swimming pool.
Resort activities include swimming, snorkelling, relaxing on the volcanic beach, beach volleyball, petanque, and leisure walks to the nearby villages and local townships of Isangel and Lenakel.

If the room is not booked for an arrival on the day, the guest may use the room until 4pm at no charge after consulting with the Resort's management.
Children policy:
(a) Accommodation
i) Infants 0-4 years of age, stay free of charge in all room categories.
ii) If a cot is required, the resort must be advised at time of booking. There is no charge for cot usage.
(b) Meals
i) Children 0-4 years of age, eat free of charge.
ii) Children 4 and over eat from the menu and may ask for reduced portions at reduced prices - subject to day's menu choice.
