Village de Santo Resort, Espiritu Santo Island

Village de Santo Resort places tremendous importance on integrating itself within the local community producing a relationship that is beneficial for the resort and local Ni Vanuatu.  The focus is providing a tourism product that is sustainable both environmentally and culturally.

As Village de Santo is a relatively new establishment that is kept meticulously clean by dedicated local staff looking after the 18 semi self contained apartments. The apartments feature local hardwood fully screened timber louvers providing natural airflow, a mezzanine floor with open plan design and private balconies overlooking the crystal clear pool. All apartments have a microwave, bar fridge, tea/coffee making facilities and double entry doors. Fresh linen and towels are provided. The fully serviced outdoor Chief’s bar is conveniently located next to the pool and has ceiling fans and free wireless internet.

The village restaurant ‘1606’ is open all day and provides local organic food served with a modern twist. The chef’s at ‘1606’ make all their own bread/chutney and jams. The restaurant and bar hosts an array of entertainment with something on every night of the week. The resort is very supportive of local music and offers a place for local aspiring musicians to come and play at their weekly open music jam nights.
