BOOKING DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS
Unless stated otherwise (such as “Instant Booking”), bookings made through Vanuatu Hotels are on a request basis.
Once your request has been made we will check availability then inform you within hours. We deal with all bookings within 30 minutes of receipt, however sometimes local communication links may be down, or there is no response from the accommodation provider, rest assured that we will try every avenue open to us, as local operators if we cannot get hold of them no one else can.
Please note that your booking will only be confirmed once the deposit has been processed.

SECURING YOUR BOOKING outside of 21 days of your arrival:
Once you have received your availability advice, and you wish to proceed with your booking request, you will need to secure your booking by clicking on the "Booking Page" link in the email; this will take you to the 'Traveller Corner' screen. Click on 'SECURE BOOKING' button and complete the details required. Once credit card details are received, the booking deposit (15% of the total booking amount) will be processed. This is a non-refundable deposit and is immediately debited to your credit card. 21 days prior to arrival, the balance of the total amount will be debited to your credit card.
SECURING BOOKING - within 21 days of arrival
For booking requests received within 21 days of arrival, and availability has been conveyed to you; if you wish to proceed with the booking, you will need to secure the booking by clicking on the "Booking Page" link in the email; this will take you to the 'Traveller Corner' screen. Click on 'SECURE BOOKING' button and complete the details. Once credit card details are received, the total amount of your booking will be debited to your credit card.
Receipt of full payment and voucher will be sent to you shortly after this.
