Great owners, who provided helpful tips for things to see in Vanuatu and helping to make the most out of that holiday. Accommodation is in a nice tropical setting with a communal area and a swimmingpool to cool off on a hot day. Rooms are simple, practical and clean and suited us very well. Only 10 min walk into town. Overall - I would recommend this accommodation to anyone who looks for a good budget accommodation.

A really beautiful and well kept resort. Ann is very helpful and friendly. More formal than Oyster Island. Great service, staff, food. Not heaps to do around the island (diving is great from Luganville) but perfect for some chill out time.

- 20 Jan 2012, Ms SAMINA K.Anabru Pacific Lodge was as described on website. The owner and staff were friendly and helpful. The location gives a good opportunity to see how the locals live and we never had to wait more than 2 minutes to catch a bus to anywhere in Port Vila. The paw paw, banana and coconuts provided on arrival were an unexpected bonus.

I cannot fault Chantilly's. The staff were beyond fantastic; helpful, friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. It was clean, modern and close to town.

- 10 Jan 2012, Ms Ruth T.A cute little resort with great service. Huts are not directly on the beach front but set in lovely gardens. huts are a little dated but spacious and private. As there are only about 10 rooms it can feel a little too quiet in the restaurant but the food is yummy. On par with the rest of Vanuatu the prices are about Aussie equivilent ($20-30 for dinner). The staff are super friendly and helpful, particularly Ben in the bar. Apparently an upgrade of accom is planned. The beach isn't a lovely sandly thing (no where in Vanuatu really is) but it's fine for chilling out on. Snorkelling is OK (better at Hideaway, but you can do a day trip there as Paradise Cove is a nicer resort). It's quite far from the town and a taxt there/back is about 1500 vatu (I think). if you want to be near other hotels/bars then better to stay in town.

The only quirk which is worth noting is that this is the first beach hotel/resort where beach towels are not provided (but are available for purchase), and I wonder if this should be mentioned when booking.
